Gayle has a long history of administrative work, including ten years as an office services business owner. Her interest in becoming a transaction coordinator began in 2012 while living in California. She joined Karen's team in 2018. Gayle's role is to assist all parties in completing a smooth transaction and making sure all requirements are met. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family, friends, and her animals, as well as biking and music.
Stephanie Hew
Transaction Coordinator
Stephanie is a retired IT corporate project manager, who knew little about real estate when given the opportunity to work with Karen in 2017. Her skills lend well to the position of transaction coordinator as each transaction is a project, with big-picture implications and day-to-day delivery ensuring all contract requirements are met in a timely manner. She enjoys traveling the U.S. in her Class B RV, hiking/biking, and pet sitting.
