My husband has health issues. I have had to call EJFR multiple times for help. When we’re lucky they simply have to pick him up after a fall. When we’re not so lucky, it is a trip to the hospital. No matter the issue or time of day/night, the skilled men and women of EJFR are compassionate and considerate. Our community is so lucky to have this large team of professionals. In Jefferson County there are 20% more sales this year to date than last year. For sellers, this means demand is up and it’s time to take advantage of the increased buyer pool. For buyers, it signals the market is heating up. We could be leaving a balanced market behind, which means competing offers and waived contingencies.
